Exploring the experiences of internship supervisors with paid and unpaid internship programs in non-profit organizations

The purpose of this study is to understand the impact, if any, that financial compensation has on the internship experience in terms of intern output, engagement, and overall performance from the non-profit intern supervisor’s perspective. This mixed-method study will use focus group discussions and intake surveys from non-profit internship supervisors.
