Higher education organizations face a familiar paradox: they produce research on what works, yet struggle to apply that knowledge to their own institutional challenges. Strategy gets siloed. Data goes unused. Well-intentioned initiatives stall before they scale.
I work at that gap — bringing both scholarly rigor and practitioner experience to organizations that are ready to move.
With more than a decade in senior academic and student affairs leadership, I’ve led initiatives in strategy, student success, retention, residential life, leadership development, and community engagement at institutions ranging from large public research universities to private liberal arts colleges. My work is grounded in social science research and oriented toward equity — I don’t offer off-the-shelf solutions, because your institutional context isn’t off-the-shelf.
Today, I bring this consulting, coaching, and strategic-planning work to organizations through Social Good Consulting Group, where I serve as Co-Founder and Partner alongside Audryanna Reed.
